MIDA USAGE STATISTICS
The graph below shows the number
of visits per year, as well as the number of unique visits
per year over the period from 2005 to 2013. There has been
a marked increase in the number of repeat visits since late
2010. Click on every year to enlarge the monthly visitors distribution.

The number of hits
originating from different countries has shown some changes
since MIDA was first launched in 2006. Looking at 2013,
(see the pie chart below), it can be seen that hits originating
from within Ireland make up the bulk of users accessing MIDA,
next to users from the UK, and further afield.
MIDA is accessable using a number
of operating systems and internet browsers. The table below
shows the most popular browsers and operating systems used
for accessing the atlas in 2013. Figures for 2010 are shown
in brackets.
